Point of Brand Experience

For successful companies the point of sale becomes the point of brand experience. Even though the frequently used term »shopper marketing« quite rightly appears to be putting the customer at the heart of operations, it’s the next steps that matter: The desired brand experience and therefore the brand strategy is decisive for the design of the point of sale, the choice of offered products and services as well as the behaviour of employees.
